Bottle Rocket!!!

april and aldijana

What challenged me the most in this was trying to find the right way to make this in order for it to stay in the air longer. The whole point of this project was to try to keep the rocket in the air as long as you can. The longest me and Aldie got was 1.57  I think.

But we changed the nose cone and put “weight’s in it for it to stay up longer. I learned that mass actually can make things stay up longer in some cases, and if you put water in it too. :) :) :)

next time what I would do differently is put more wings on it, and put more weight in the nose cone thingy. Because it will stay up longer. I would also put two bottles instead of one, maybe it will stay up longer then too.

Leggo Robot :)

lego robot

One thing that challened me in this project thingy was trying to figure out which wheel should go what way. Another thing that challenged me was trying to firgure out how to make in spin in oppisite directions.

I learned how touch sensors, light sensors, and sound sensors worked. I also learned how they are used in the real world.  Sound sensors are used for clap on/clap off lights. Touch sensors are used in construction sometimes. Light sensors are also used in contruction sometimes too I think.

What I would do differently next time is to actually be there to learn more about it and how to do it, because I was gone alot. :)
